Today, the use of hydraulics and electronics in mobile working machines is ranked very highly. Several control systems have been introduced for the various types of machines. Therefore, Rexroth offers different control systems with specific characteristics. These are generally divided into two basic designs.
Load-pressure-dependent open center systems
When the valve spool is in neutral, the pump line is connected to the return line. During low speed operation, the excess flow of the pump passes the valve via this connection back to the tank. Rexroth offers you the following control concepts in open center design:
Load-pressure-independent closed center systems
These systems do not feature a bypass like the open center systems.
Therefore, the flow rate delivered by the pump is adapted in line with requirements in such a way that under all conditions the pump delivers as much flow, as is actually required by the consumers. The flow is divided irrespective of the load pressure through the use of pressure compensators in each valve section. Rexroth offers you the following control concepts in closed center design:
